FFKM

Strength: Broad chemical and high-temperature performance.

Review: Premium, compound-specific option for severe process service.

FEPM / Aflas type

Strength: Steam, amines, acids and bases in selected grades.

Review: Low-temperature and exact media limits.

ACM

Strength: Hot oil and automotive-fluid performance.

Review: Water, low temperature and broad chemical limits.

AEM

Strength: Heat, oil and weathering balance.

Review: Fuels, acids and bases are grade-dependent.

IIR / Butyl

Strength: Low gas permeability and selected chemical resistance.

Review: Petroleum oil and fuel exposure.

AU / EU / TPU

Strength: Wear, tear and extrusion resistance.

Review: Hydrolysis, heat and chemical compatibility by chemistry.

NR / SBR

Strength: Resilience, abrasion performance and economy.

Review: Oil, fuel, ozone and outdoor weathering.

PTFE Non-elastomer

Strength: Low friction and broad chemical resistance.

Review: No elastic recovery; energizer and seal design may be required.
